How to start/setting up meet & mingle?

Hello all. I have one huge question. I noticed now that there are some people on here that are on the same cruise as me, the MSC Seaview, June 2018. I am SO excitied to see and experience the ship, and hopefully meet Captain Scala. I was wondering who actually organizes and sets up an meet & mingle on the ship? Is it CC or the cruise line? Is it possible to arrange on on the Seaview?

Why do you think Captain Scala will be captain on Seaview in June?

Meet & Mingles don't happen on Med-based cruises for numerous reasons, one being that people embark at different ports on the itinerary.  Some people arrange to meet up through the roll call, however, but MSC doesn't do anything special for those arrangements.
