This thread is a tough act to follow

I have people for our June 2 first Alaska have asked to please mirror your handout for out Meet and Greet and other events!!!

We heard the May 10 crossing they pulled out all the stops for the Meet and Greet of about 300, A free drinks cocktail party and Hors D'ouerves, the officers mingled with the passengers, they had multiple sheet cakes. and more.

Was it much the same for your event?

I will do my best to produce an events handout

Awesome, thank you!

We were on the Bliss inaugural and missed out on many of the CC events as we just got so caught up with all the fun elsewhere on the ship! Met a lot of great folks! Doug & Sue, it was nice to meet you briefly in the CB2 at the private event - so funny to be reading this thread now after the fact...and its spurred us on to booking the Encore inaugural! Looking forward to it. Cheers! Kimberley

I was asking for selfish reasons this time because I’m on that cruise and would love to empty some kegs with Doug in DB2. But I hear you Sue. Thanks for sharing your vacations with us. We are lucky that you are willing to put up with Doug’s late night live reports. Or maybe we’re just lucky that you usually have an early bedtime.

So I felt a little guilty when a non-couple (at least I don’t think they’re a couple) won the Scavenger Hunt...

The problem... I only had one trophy, which Aled quickly staked claim to. Well, Scott just received his own personalized trophy in the mail. I may have had a little help with the inscription...

It might be 2:30am here but I am still howling at this, the anticipation of knowing delivery took place around 10 hours ago and left on porch to why hasnt he gone home to open the parcel and why could no one have recorded the grand opening to see his little face [emoji23][emoji23]

Hi Doug and Sue thankyou very much for letting us all in on your journey and narrative !

Im also a latecomer to the thread started at the beginning Im only at page 22 so far many pages to go :D

love all the food pics what comes to mind is the pic of that steak OMG and the Go Karts and the Observation Lounge its a place Id sit all day for stress relief !!

I loved the Heidi machine, I like the second game best with the higher bet. It took me a while to figure out it had choices.

There’s no need to contact anyone prior to boarding.  Once on board, stop by and speak with the casino manager about your intent.  Based on the number of expected participants, he/she will likely supplement with additional giveaways.

I will throw in my input.  I visited Christina the Host when they opened the Players club on boarding afternoon after muster. She agreed to 3 bottles of wine for 1st , 2nd 3rd prizes.  She also cautioned, they could not save machines,  and to maybe 'scope out' a machine and have someone sitting there to hold it prior.  We chose Quick hits 3 dollars near the Skyline bar ahead of time.  

Good luck we hit a mini jackpot and several more bonuses, and lots of excitement. We did a $15 format, and we all left with 19, the 1st  2nd  3rd prize winners split the small balance 50/30/20(we rounded down the winnings to nearest dollar.
