transfer from baywater to southampton

I am going to southampton on 6/24/10 and leaving from Baywater London. What is the easiest way to travel?

You may want to ask this on the roll call for this cruise. Many of 170 there are traveling from London to Southampton. Large group that lives in the London area.

Depending on how much luggage you have i would say the train. Southampton train station is a mile from the docks and supported by lots of taxis.

Travel time from Waterloo Stn London to Southampton Central is approx one and half hours without any changes.
