cheap cell phone rental in Grand Cayman

I just returned from a cruise that stopped in grand Cayman. My wife and I wanted to call home but we didn't want to pay the $1.69/minute to use our cell phone and we also didn't want to be chained to a phone booth.

 

We found this great deal right at the pier (where the tenders drop you off from the ship) and figured that we would post a picture to help others. Basically we put down a $65 deposit (held by credit card) and they gave us a charged cell phone. We went to the beach and relaxed and made our calls back home to the USA while laying on the beach. When we returned back to the pier, we returned the cell phone and got the credit card paper back (deposit) and the total charge was just $11.

 

Can't really beat that.
