Assuming you'll dock on the St. Maarten side of the island, and there's plenty to do. We were just there, and it will be even better by the time you get there! Here's our take from this past weekend:

we’re sailing on the Harmony 12/30. I Tim is supposed to be San Juan, Labadee and st msrtin. I know labadee is good. Wondering about Sam Juan and St. Martin. Currently the ship is going to nasssau and St. Thomas.

It looks like your original itinerary is back for 30 Dec: St Maarten, Puerto Rico, Labadee

Like you said, Labadee is fine (except for some over the water cabanas), but the other two ports are still recovering. They are open, but not back to 100% yet.
