for casino perks you have to have EARNED the status at MGM. I am pearl at MGM but Platinum card due to RCCL diamond plus status. Until I earn that status at MGM I can't get the additional benefits. Sadly I am a Harrahs fan and like the benefits they offer me more then MGM when it comes to gaming. Live two hours from AC and I would rather fly to Vegas personally. That is just me. Now what I do like that we received on Granduer and also on this last trip a few weeks ago on the Serenade was the certificates for dollars off next cruise. 2400 points is a free cruise. I had 1200 on nine day Granduer in June and got quite a bit off cruise we booked for Feb. I have a 200 off sitting here from Serenade I need to use or not use lol before the end of 30 days. Every little bit helps now that reduced deposits are gone from Next Cruise on board....talk about some empty space not being used...

Many have reported that those certificates can be used after they expire.

You used to be able to go online at RCCL to see what perks you get if you are a Gold or higher MGM player. The web page is no longer valid. I wonder if MGM no longer has a partnership deal with RCCL? I have been on hold for 18 mins now with the casino dept at RCCL. Guess I will have to try again later...

Forgot to add that if you are sailing Grandeur you WILL not be able to gamble first and last night anyway. MD law I'm told

MD and VA law, you have to be out of the Chesapeake.

Casino opens the morning after departure, and shuts down around 8 - 9PM (they will announce it) on the last night.

Hi John: Nope, no free drinks & No smoking. It must not be hurting them because lt's the no. 1 casino in Maryland.

Because it is convenient.

I am sure RCI could pay some fee and open the casino, but, since it is MD, I am sure the fee is VERY high.

You'll need to be logged on with your Crown and Anchor Society account to view it, but the MLife benefits chart is still there :) It's located in the Special Offers section, under MGM Partnership Benefits.

I'm actually travelling to Vegas in a few weeks time and just signed up for MLife. I honestly don't really gamble all that much, but joint program intrigued me!

These are the benefits at an MGM resort, where can I find the benefits of being Platinum while sailing? The old page on RCCL's website isn't working.
