Best tour Tortola/JVD with elderly

Can anyone recommend a good tour for an elderly person with some physical limitations? She walks mostly unassisted but sometimes needs a walker for longer trips. I would love to go on a boat tour or JVD, but I am not completely sure she can get onto the boat from the water. Thank you!

Someone who has taken the Rebel Yell to Jost through the cruise line can help with the question about getting off and on the boat in White Bay.

If a nice day on the water with beautiful island views and a lunch sounds good consider the Aristocat Charters or Kuralu excursions. These are independent operators that can cater to cruise ship passengers with enough time in port. These include snorkel stops, but you can just relax on the boat and have a wonderful day. Patouche is another great operator and has a power catamaran to the Baths on Virgin Gorda.

If an island tour of Tortola sounds easier there are drivers at the port offering island tours at very reasonable rates ($20 - $25pp) and some stop at a beach for an hour. These are safari taxis that you share with others, a private tour will cost more.
