i understand 15 alcoholic drinks per person. If you order mocktails, do they count in your 15 drink limit? Thanks

Nope. Alcoholic drinks of any kind are limited to 15 without a charge. If you are not blotto they will still serve you after that but will charge for the drinks. It's at the discretion of the staff whether or not you are cut off due to inebriation. Other drinks such as mocktails, specialty coffee or tea, San Pellegrino and Perrier, etc. do not count toward the 15 drink limit.
