QM2 Docking Problems Sat AM??

I watched QM2 dock in NYC from a distance this morning, and it was a very different undertaking from Thursday's perfect maneuver. As she was about at a 45 degree angle to the pier she stopped dead -- and stayed motionless for at least 10 minutes or so -- before backing up slightly and proceeding.

 

Does anyone know what happened?

 

There were/are very high winds in New York today --much different from Thursday's relative calm --which I imagine might have thrown them off. I just hope no one dented anything.
