Hello CLIA Wife and i been cruising many times and i still don't know what CLIA is all about are you a travel agency are you some kind of union what is CLIA how do you help cruise passengers or cruise lines is there a benefit for using CLIA thanks.

Well, CLIA is a certification program that helps you to be informed about cruising. Like any profession you should know your product in order to sell it. Updates are important because cruising changes and it's smart to know about the changes. Some Travel agencies expect their agents to be " in the know" That is also why almost each Cruise Line has additional online training. Hope this makes you understand...it's not a Union ....
