Beach close to ship for post scuba diving relaxing?

We will be in George Town on a cruise ship Tuesday, Feb. 13. We are going scuba diving (booked privately) at 8:30 and will likely be done around 12:30. Our ship leaves at 3:30. We would like to fill the time between 12:30 - 2:30 at a beach restaurant not too far from the port. Not sure where our ship, RCCL Rhapsody of the Seas, will be tendered. We want to enjoy every minute of Grand Cayman and not just return to the ship after diving. We are not interested in shopping. Just a nice beach with some food and drink. We would like to be either walking distance or a short taxi ride from the ship's dock. Any suggestions? Thanks!

I should have mentioned we are two ladies, in our 60s, and want a relaxing place without too many crazy goings on...drinking games, hundreds of kiddos. Heard about Hemingways...anyone been there?
