Hi! I booked Hyatt house for 1 night in a couple of weeks through Booking.com. Should I call the hotel directly to confirm or should I trust that we will have the booking? Thanks!

Call the hotel to confirm....better safe than no booking when you show up.

I booked through Priceline. I have a hotel confirmation number that I used to confirm my booking online.

I have booked very often through this site and have never been let down. But you should contact the hotel if it will give you peace of mind.
