gym classes

does anyone know the cost of classes in the gym?

and what they are?

leaving next week and trying to plan if they are fabulous or not

Yoga - $12

Spinning - $15

Gravity - $30

Kenesis - $30

Boot Camp - $120 (4 sessions)

The gym staff - Tiffany, Ryan and Ben are great, especially Tiffany, who is very friendly and full of energy. I did several yoga and spinning classes; they were pretty good. Each instructor has a slightly different style, so it just depends on who you get. I did one Gravity classes and thought it was not worth the cost.

Are there any classes offered at the gym without a fee?

Stretch class at 7am daily. I highly recommend it.
