Place to get drinks before taking water taxi to Klein

Hi everyone,

We plan on going to Klein for our first time. From my reading there are no facilities on this beach. WE would like to bring a small cooler with us with water, and drinks (no glass). Can anyone recommend a place to purchase bottles of water and cans of beer (maybe even a few snacks) to bring with us? Assuming that is an acceptable practice,

There are a few convenience stores relatively close to port. The easiest and most economical would be Sunshine Market - it's about a 1/2 mile away. You can ask someone how to get there once you're on Bonaire. It's a good walk though - and most likely cabs will be full so you'll have to get there on your own. Alternatively, you can buy some bottled water at the Arts and Crafts Cruise Market - not sure where to go for the best deal on beer though. Taking a cooler over is the norm for everyone heading to Klein to spend the day.
