Question: What dates (month & day) does Princess consider "Spring", "Summer", "Fall" and "Winter?"

They currently have a deal for Fall 2017-Spring 2018 (and soon will have this next one) so what exact dates does this include? And are all cruises in this time frame included or just certain ones, like poor selling ones?

Since the discount is taken from the launch fare, how do we know what the launch fare was for our cruise? I booked my Feb 2018 cruise just 2 or 3 months ago but I am assuming that the pricing had already moved from the initial launch fare?
