Anyone experience lack of response from Silversea Cruises UK ? Been waiting weeks now for an answer to a letter sent to three Directors and have not heard a dicky bird...not even a holding reply pending further investigation of a complaint we raised concerning the poor quality of the food.:(

Have you called them? Facebooked them? Written again? Made sure you have an active e-mail address you are contacting?

You can always post details here and maybe shame them into replying

Welcome to the Silversea forum Maya.......if you have a trusted TA l would suggest they contact SS on your behalf.

Lots of people here have email addresses that may be useful to you so hopefully they'll help.

Sad to hear that the food didn't please you...usually a quiet word with the MD or HD whlst on board will solve any immediate problems....would you care to share your experience.

Post cruise complaints in the U.K. are dealt with by the Guest Relation Manager, in this case Richard Latham. It can take them 30 days to respond though. I suggest you try emailing him directly.
