Best backpack?

I'd like to buy a new backpack for my upcoming cruises. I'm thinking about something wheeled, for those occasions when I can do that, perhaps with a detachable daypack... but I'm open to all kinds of suggestions. Basically, I'd like something I can take on an airplane, not too heavy, durable, with a goodly amount of room. I'm leaning toward Victorinox and High Sierra at this point. Anyone have any input that might be useful?

I don't know if you are a man or a woman, but if you are a woman I strongly recommend the Longchamps backbacks. It comes in two or three different sizes, very lightweight and durable and, of course fashionable. I always use it when I travel and love it.
