Crispy Chestnut & Red Bean Triangles with Green Tea Ice Cream

I tried this dessert on the Dawn (Bamboo restaurant) and holy moly, was this one of the best desserts I've ever had.

What exactly are these things (the triangles) made of? How can I recreate them at home???

I found this too actually, but wasn't 100% sure this was the right thing (I found a lot of other Japanese desserts that use the red bean paste).

Are you sure this is it? Or is it an educated guess based on the description?
