Just walk around town. The streets close to port are some and easy with a stroller though the curb cutouts can be steep. Be careful of the streets inland of Ave Lopez/Primera. These will have open empty utility boxes IN the sidewalks.

If your child is walking, there is a brand new playground at the first bridge from the ship. Lots of room to run around along the Malecon and under the Big Flag.

Restaurants are safe to eat in though I don’t remember seeing any high chairs. Two that might are El Hacienda Del Charro is good (look for the chicken rotisserie in the window). Off of Ave Lopez/Primera, Guadalajara is very good for birria.

There are a few museums in town, including a military barracks turned jail. Takes about 10 minutes to explore. Clean bathrooms ;)
