Breeze BBQ and Beach Party days?

Hi.

We will be on Breeze 11/25 for a week. Caribbean Legends. Would like to know what day (port) the beach party is AND which night (port/sea?) the deck BBQ is.

Any other info is greatly appreciated. Singers/entertainment on board? Any favorite you think we shouldn't miss? Hints/tips? It's our 3rd Windstar cruise. (Surf, Legend now Breeze)

We were supposed to go on the 12/23 10 day Gems of Leewards and so depressed about losing Jost Van Dyke on NYE. Hoping all of the islands and families rebound quickly.

Thanks in advance

Carole

Pigeon Island is not that nice, so hopefully they will pick another stop. Where else are you stopping?

On our "Classic Caribbean" cruise aboard Wind Surf a few years ago the beach BBQ was on Pigeon Island. The location was just fine for the BBQ. It was located in part of a park that had some trails you could walk around. There was also a very small bar we wandered in to and had a delicious rum punch and a nice chat with the bartender.

The beach party on Pigeon Island is terrific. Windstar knows how to throw a fabulous party. Tenders take guests ashore. Windstar has a private area on the beach. They bring chaises, water toys, and equipment to the beach. Crew cooks bbq on the beach for lunch. It is a great day. You will love it.

The dinner bbq happens on every cruise. It is not to be missed. Food is buffet style with lots of good choices.....lobster tails, jumbo shrimp, roast beef, and local specialties. In Germany, we had local sausages, cheeses, and pretzels. If the weather is good, everyone parties outside on deck. If the weather is not great, the party is inside either in Aamphora or in a lounge. Live music and entertainment make the event fantastic. Usually, the dinner bbq is held on a night when the ship stays in port late. Ask when you embark.

After you cruise, please post which nights the bbq was held. Enjoy your cruise.

Thanks everyone. I should have clarified better. We've been on Windstar twice before and have enjoyed the beach party and the on board BBQ party. I was just trying to figure out if anyone had been on this particular cruise that could tell me which port the beach party is on (assuming Pigeon Island from the above responses) and which night/port the BBQ is. Trying to plan dinner reservations and excursions. I know that the excursions get you back in time to catch some of the beach party, but would rather not do excursions that day. We love the beach party!! :-)

Thanks, again for all of the input. If anyone has advice on what "not to miss" on this cruise and/or hints about BREEZE. Would love to hear it all!!

Have a great night.

We are only on the 7 day (last part of the above itinerary)

Bridgetown, Barbados

Kingstown, St. Vincent

Deshaies, Guadeloupe

Little Bay, Montserrat

Castries, St. Lucia

Pigeon Island, St. Lucia

St Georges, Grenada

Barbados

Does anyone have an idea of what night they may have the deck BBQ?

Also, any "do not miss" hints at any of the above stops?

Thanks in advance!

Carole

The deck BBQ is usually on a night when they stay late in a port so which of the ports do they stay to around 10 PM?

There's is only one night listed that's late (10pm). Deshaies, Guadeloupe.

Before, it also listed Pigeon Island, but now that is no longer listed as a late port.

Thank you so much 😊
