Catamaran Snorkel with Playa Mia Beach Resort Excursion. Is this a good choice?

My family will be visiting Cozumel soon and I am looking to set up the Catamaran Snorkel with Playa Mia Beach Resort Excursion. Has anyone done this excursion? How was the snorkeling? Is it enough time at Playa Mia? How was the food at the buffet? Is there another place to go to that offers similar activities that is better? We have 2 boys, 14 & 11. Thanks
