Which tour in Port Stanley

Can anyone tell me which tour is the best? One goes to Sparrow Cove and the other one goes Bluff Cove. We want to see lots of penquins. Is one easier to get to? Are the rides in the off-road vehicles about the same?

We have only been to Bluff Cove and loved it. The 15 minute ride from the road to the rookery is quite rough but worth it! If I rememeber right it was about half hour from where we were docked.
