Need your help sending Pix in an email on AOL

I need help with sending an email with a pix or more than one pix embedded in the email and NOT as an attachment. My server is AOL. I have a program which came with my camera (Panasonic FZ20) but it seems to only allow me to send a pix as an attachment (zip). Would appreciate any help you experienced photographers can give me. Just click on the little camera icon above the writing area when you are writing an email. It will open a window for you to browse your computer files. Click on the Insert Pictures bar. Find the file with the pictures you want to send, and click on the little blank box on each of the pics you wish to send, then hit Insert, answer which way you want the pictures included..........I usually just use the top choice, and VOILA............pictures embedded in your email!!! Not all servers will show them, but AOL and yahoo will.

This sounds more complicated when it is...........it's easy, and you'll be a pro in no time.
