When will Celebrity start to include the regular gratuities in the cruise price, that means add the gratuities to the cruise price automatically like some other cruise lines already do?

We would appreciate that very much.

while some may find it more convenient to have gratuities included in the price, I would not agree. I have actually been on one cruise (not Celebrity) that I had to go and ask to have tips removed because certain areas of service were so bad. It took about 1.5 hours of my time to do this and the person was very nasty. I chose to tip every other person that I had contact with individually more than the amount suggested by the cruiseline.

I do not appreciate mandatory gratuities. I would like to continue with the option of having it added on to your final bill OR I can personally hand deliver the gratuity to the person who gave me great service. We love Celebrity but every now & then we have gotten someone who has not given us good service and therefore does not deserve a gratuity.

No to mandatory gratuties. People have the option to prepay their gratuties if that is what they desire.

Absolutely YES to mandatory gratuities. Some may choose to tip less, but we all need to understand that this gratuity is counted on by the ships staff. You can argue, "it's my choice", that's BS. Not only do I always do the pre-paid gratuities, I always tip those who will make my cruise experience exceptional. I tip my butler, room attendant & assistant, maitre d' and assistant, and at least 4 bartenders $$ on day ONE. What the standard gratuity amount is would be considered an insult to a server at any U.S. restaurant. Greasing the squeaky wheel always helps. I never wait for a drink, always get the best table, and the staff know me by and my wife by our first name. Follow the "Golden Rule", treat the staff how you would like to treated. If you can afford a cruise, you should not be complaining about a 3% to 7% tip on your bill.

We have had to pay gratuities in advance if we want open dining and this constitutes mandatory gratuities in my view.
