Dolphin Swim

Sis, mom and I am on the Carnival Liberty at the end of February. Sis and I want to do the Tortola Dolphin Swim and Mom would like to go with and watch, but not get in the water. She would like to not have to pay the whole amount as she would if we purchased from Carnival. I am curious, do they have a dolphin swim option at the dock that we could negotiate with?

I haven't done the one in Tortola but I have done 2 other dolphin swims. My concern would be that the swim would be booked up the day you are in port. From reading these boards and my own experience, it is a popular excursion.

Have you tried contacting Tortola dolphin swim directly and seen about booking through them with some sort of watch pass?
