Cruise Director Frank Roberts

Does anyone remember Frank? He was CD on Commodore's Bohème, and also did a few stints on the QE2, I think as a lounge act.

Last time I met him was at a party at his house in Hallandale in 1984. I remember only one other attendee: Madeline Kern, who later developed an act in memory of Dinah Shore.

I know I'm going back into ancient history here. I just read a post about the Song of America as being an old-timer. Good heavens, if the SoA is an old-timer, I must be a certifiable dinosaur.

PS How about Nip Nelson, Monica Boyar, Pepe Miller, Phyllis Arick. The list goes on. Hey, let's not forget the old-timers. After all, clearly I must include myself in their number. (I was not an entertainer, but I do confess to stealing a lot of Frank's material for my bingo 'performance'. :D )
