How do I add husband's loyalty status to booking?

I am the lead on the booking and my Ruby status is showing and my daughter's gold status is showing but husband is showing blue and he should be same as me - Ruby. What do I need to do?

It sounds like you don't have a TA, so just call Princess and tell them. They'll be able to look up his past cruises and get it straightened out. Easy to do.

I always call them to add my guests Captains circle numbers to the account. I also always give them the feedback that it’s silly you can’t add the number when doing an online booking. Hopefully that’s updated soon

I would not rely on an email. Just give them a call. They can straighten it out while you are on the phone

It could be that somehow or another your husband has more than one Captain's Circle number.

A call to Princess (as suggested by others above) should be able to resolve this in a few minutes.
