San Luis resort galveston

We recently stayed at this gorgeous hotel prior to our Rhapsody cruise. We were on the 12th floor with an awesome view of the gulf. All the rooms have a balcony and it was so neat to sit out and watch the world go by...we even witnessed a wedding right on the grounds of the hotel on Sat night.

Our room was very spacious and I must say the bed was one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in! The bathroom was nice too with double sinks and a large tub. Bathroom scales were even furnished!

Can't wait to visit the San Luis again! Enjoy!

Great rate for a primo property. It's smaller then it looks, as half the complex is condos. You will find it starts at quite an elevation, as it is built on top of two 12 inch naval gun implacements from WWI. There is an excellent restaurant in the hotel (steaks), or go down to 39th and Seawall to Gaido's for seafood. Tillman Fertitta (Landry's Corp) owns the resort.

Enjoy Galveston
