Never been on a cruise before and chose SD because all YOU GUYS.

Booked late for Med cruise and assigned 202. I know all the cabins are basically the same but I would like to know if there are any bad cabins or bad cabin locations?

This cabin is close to the staircase and dining.

Help is much appreciated.

Thanks

Have been on 2 deck and 3 deck and other than the window style, found no difference. Noise and/or vibration have never been an issue. We do like that you can hear the rush of the water on 2 deck when underway. Great for sleeping. Have fun.

I don't know anything about the cabins on SD, but wondered which Med cruise you are going on. We are on the Sept 4, 2007, Istanbul to Rome. Are you on that cruise?

Going Nice to Monte Carlo 26 May. Have a great time.

We had booked a cabin on Deck 4 for a Med cruise in 2005 and went with a GTY for a Carribean a Carribean cruise in the Spring of 2006. We ended up in Cabin 202 and would not hesitate to book this cabin outright. If you are concerned by motion sickness you could not ask for a better location. It is seperated from the staircase by a crew passegeway that is seldom used and the proximity to the Dining Room is a non-issue. You won't regret this cabin...
