Best tour for family w/5 yr old

We are going to Cozumel and Grand Cayman Island in October via the Carnival Sensation. We would like to do a tour at both places, but we are worried about finding a tour everyone will enjoy :D . I would like to do the tour in the morning and visit a beach in the afternoon. If anyone has suggestions on fun tours or beaches, please let me know! I think we will be in Cozumel all day, Grand Cayman until 2.

I haven't been to either place yet, but my son has already picked out the Dune Buggy excursion in Cozumel. Cozumelhomes.com runs it. It goes to a beach, you can snorkel, they provide lunch and beverages for the day along with a tour of the island and ruins. It sounds like fun. I have also heard Paradise Beach is beautiful.

GC you may want to try Stingray City and then go to 7 mile beach on the way back. There are several tour operators for Stingray City. Capt. Marvin, Soto's, Native Way are a few.
