Vancouver transportation

Will be staying downtown precruise and want to go to Capilano and Grouse Mountain. What is the "best", least expensive way to do this?

Take the Seabus from Waterfront Station which is next to Canada Place - across Burrard Inlet to Lonsdale Key and then pick up the Grouse MT bus - it will take you to both Capilano Suspension bridge and Grouse Mt. Depending on the time of day/day of the week it will cost you between $2-4 CDN each way on the bus - here's a link to the bus company: http://www.translink.bc.ca

You could also buy and all day pass for $6.00 valid after 9AM to do your sightseeing.
