CARNIVAL SPLENDOR or RC MARINER OF THE SEAS

We have sailed Carnival and loved it. We have never sailed on Royal Caribbean. Both ships have the same itinerary (Cabo, PV, Mazatlan). Price for us is about the same. We have an 8 year old daughter who enjoyed the kids program on Carnival and the pools. Any comments, opinions, etc are appreciated. Thank you!

No contest... MARINER OF THE SEAS

 

There is nothing afloat as spectacular or has as much to do as a Voyager or Freedom class ship. You will love Mariner, there's something for everyone, and the kids programs are the best afloat!

Both ships/lines have their pros and cons, but if price is equal, I'd personally chose Mariner. She's a beautiful ship with plenty of activities and things going on.

I AGREE...not only that but the Splendor looks like someone had WAY to much Pepto Bismol and vommited all over the place.....WAY TO MUCH PEPTO PINK. Don't get me wrong they could have just used less of that design and been fine with pink.....just look at some pictures. You'll see it. Also I hated how the glass elevators looked right at a pink wall with pink lights that kill the open view.
