walleye2 Posted February 3, 2010 #1 Share Posted February 3, 2010 Hello everyone, I am a newbie to this forum and to cruising. Four of us will be flying into FLL and taking a taxi to Port Everglades pier for our first cruise. Never having done this, will the 4 of us fit into a regular yellow taxi? And if so, will we have any trouble getting one and what can I expect the rate to be? Appreciate any help.

patseacruiser Posted February 3, 2010 #3 Share Posted February 3, 2010 We have gotten vans outside of the airport that held us and more. Look for a van.
Rare silentbob007 Posted February 3, 2010 #4 Share Posted February 3, 2010 Look for a larger station wagon or van taxi. Rate can vary, but should be in the $10-20 range.
walleye2 Posted February 3, 2010 Author #5 Share Posted February 3, 2010 Greatly appreciate the help everyone. We'll have 4 people with checked and carryons each. Wasn't sure if that would fit in a yellow taxi or not. Hope they are not hard to get superbowl week....
