Multiplie generations Preschooler to Elderly (age 88 - Cabo, PV and Maz...what to do?

My group consists of DD(3), DS(8), DD(12), DD(16), me(40ish) and my dad(88). This is our second cruise to MR.

Knowing I can't keep everyone happy....

Any suggestions for things to do in PV and Cabo? We've done the zip line in PV and glass bottom boat in Cabo.

In Mazatlan, we're thinking about Stone Island, on our own. Will my dad have trouble getting in and out of the water taxi? He has fairly mobility and won't have trouble as long as he can board the boat from a dock (in other words, no climbing aboard of jumping off).

We don't want to sit on a tour bus...DD(3) won't stand for that. And we want something other than the beach.

Wow, I'm pretty demanding aren't I?

TIA.
