Yes if you use the ships wifi.
You may pick up a stray signal (not likely to be free) or 2 while in ports or at an internet cafe ashore.

[COLOR=black][FONT=Verdana]If you plan on using the ships wifi then yes it would be more economical to pre-order one of the packages because they give you extra minutes.[/FONT][/COLOR]
