Dinkachu Posted May 4, 2010 #27 Share Posted May 4, 2010 These aren't my pictures, but I live in Tampa so I'm going to answer! In the photo of Tampa right after the grey ship you will see a building with curved bluish glass. That is the aquarium. Its a nice aquarium focusing on the natural and educational aspects of Florida aquatics. I really appreciate this review. We are long time cruisers but this August will be our first Carnival cruise. I'm in a wide wheelchair and worry about the size of the hallways, etc. The pics look like the public rooms at least, will have plenty of space. DanaMarie Posted May 4, 2010 Author #31 Share Posted May 4, 2010 Day 3 - Grand Cayman Woke up at 6:40 to Grand Cayman. Got room service delivered and then went to Lido with the parents for breakfast. Got off the ship around 9:00. We didn’t have a tour set up for this day. We walked the shops, didn’t really buy anything and wen to Breezes for lunch and a Mudslide. We got out and got ready for dinner while we were sailing away. Leaving
blessedwith12 Posted May 4, 2010 #35 Share Posted May 4, 2010 I am enjoying your review. I was on the Legend last November. You are making me want to go again - and I don't have another cruise booked and probably won't be able to go this year.:( It looks like you had a good time. Looking forward to hearing about the next ports.
DanaMarie Posted May 4, 2010 Author #36 Share Posted May 4, 2010 For dinner I had Smoked Chicken Quesadillla as an app, hubby had the onion soup, and Im not sure what anyone else had. For the main course we all had something that wasnt on the menu that night. Im not sure what it was it was kind of like a pot roast but not really. It was delicious even though I dont know what it was. Quesadilla Soup Mystery Dish (lol) Alex Dancing Waiters dancing After dinner picture
DanaMarie Posted May 4, 2010 Author #37 Share Posted May 4, 2010 After dinner was more of the same. Hanging out with a drink and just relaxing. We are boring what can I say. My Hurricane Wave Moms Strawberry Daquri and Dads 7 & 7 in the back Hubbys Twilight Zone Now would be a good time to say that my inlaws dont drink. My MIL drinks wine but not very often. My FIL only drinks water as he used to be a heavy drinker and quit. I didnt want him to feel left out with all the drink pictures so I took one of his water as a joke.
