Where is a lower cost beach massage in Progresso or Cozumel?

Cozumel you will find is going to be higher on the massage but pretty much any of the beaches offer it.

 

In Progreso, it is negotiable. My wife has gotten it for as low as $20 for 45 minutes. It depends on the time of the day. Later in the afternoon is where you expect the better deals as you might be their last customer.

several times...$15 each time for a full hour or more..good tip follows also.. no more girls on the beach..but behind LeSaint Bonet restaurant. nice n clean too
