The Piano Bar on Triumph...forgot to mention!!

We visited the piano bar almost every night. The musician was a young man, only 25. He was AMAZING, and VERY VERY entertaining and talented. Can't say enough about him!!

Be sure to stop by if you are taking the Triumph and tell him the "girl in the wedding dress that bought champagne for everyone and kept requesting Benny and the Jets all night" sent ya!

Have fun!!

Hehe..yes, we definitely like to have fun. The piano player actually let me get up on the piano and dance (in my wedding dress...we were celebrating our anniversary). It was fun. The bad part is, my friend has it all on video  Not sure if that's a good thing or a bad thing!!!! LOL

Yes, Wee Jimmy was on the Triumph as asst. CD on the 2/19-2/26 cruise.

The piano player, if I remember correctly, was named Joel...? He was very entertaining. I did not stumble in to the Mardi Gras Lounge until the next to the last night... wish I had gotten there sooner.

When are you going to be on the TRIUMPH? We will be on May 7-14th. It looks like we have been on many of the same ships on the same years...maybe we have even sailed together (he-he).

  • 4 weeks later...

My wife & I will be celebrating our 20th anniversay on the Truimph cruise 4/9... We are so looking forward to getting away from the jobs & the kids... (14 & 12 - both puberty driven males)... Granddad & Grandmom get to re-live my childhood!!! :D Don't get me wrong we really love our kids a bunch but we are so in need of mommy & daddy time... we took them on the Imagination in '03 as a family... My younger son told his momma he was going to zip himself up in our suitcase because he wants to go with us... We bribed the kids with a week at Panama City Beach in July to keep them from climbing in the suitcases... See ya on the Truimph on 4/9 at the piano bar...

Oh my gosh!!! You guys are bringing back such wonderful memories!!! Thank goodness I have the opportunity to repeat!!

Last time I was on the Triumph the Big Easy was the best! We had such a blast belting out tunes!! I am so glad to hear that it is still such a great hangout!

I will pass along that the wedding gown piano perching girl sent me and be sure to try and add my own little twist to that scenario!!

I will write a full review when I return :)
