flamomo Posted April 11, 2011 #1 Share Posted April 11, 2011 Wonder what's going on! The Grand was scheduled to sail at 5 PM today, the usual time. That time came and went, and the departure time was rescheduled to 7 PM, and then 7:30. However, she is still in port, and it is now almost 8 PM! According the the guy at the Port Everglades webcam earlier, she was still loading "containers". But that was an hour ago, and she's still not moving. Weird!!! flamomo Posted April 12, 2011 Author #8 Share Posted April 12, 2011 Aha! So that's why the lengthy loading process last night! I did not realize that she was heading out for drydock last night, and I see via the bridgecam this morning that she is in Freeport. Now I understand. carolmacey Posted April 12, 2011 #9 Share Posted April 12, 2011 We can't wait to go on Grand on 4th June. Lets hope they leave the Bridge cam on during the refit. I doubt the bridge cam will show much, just the dock. Check out You Tube for the daily update from the ship itself.
