jdcml Posted July 1, 2011 #2 Share Posted July 1, 2011 I didn't know that CD schedules for 2012 had been released. Where did you see that? We sailed with him twice ten years ago - great trip that he made even better.

Irishlinny Posted July 1, 2011 #4 Share Posted July 1, 2011 He is a great CD...the best! That's why he is the CD Director;) We sailed with him on the Legend when we were with the Saints & Sinners and loved him. He even came to our cocktail party, which was a real riot:D Now all we need for this cruise is Ken Byrne and Ron Pass and we should be golden!:)

ChefSusan Posted July 1, 2011 #6 Share Posted July 1, 2011 You will most likely have Ken Byrne and Ron Pass on board Breeze with you, as they usually have "the best of the best" on board when breaking in a new ship. We absolutely LOVED Ron in the Piano Bar (hung out there nightly when I was not in the casino and we were not at the Punchliner's Comedy Club), and although we did not have Ken as our Dining Room Maitre D', we did have a chance to speak to Ken at length. Believe it or not but you most likely will not see John all that much. We ran into him a couple of times at the Red Frog Pub, saw him at the nightly shows, and saw him (as well as the other Senior Officers) at the Captain's Celebration. If you do book Breeze, ENJOY! Nothing like being on a brand new ship!!!

Rare Tom-n-Cheryl Posted July 1, 2011 #14 Share Posted July 1, 2011 It was posted on the Meet & Greet page on here saying they are having a 2 hour get togther and that John Healrd is going to be there I wouldn't put too much faith in John actually showing up for a CC meet-n-greet. He missed the last one we had (Dream) - though he was one of the most difficult CD's to get in touch with (via email) unless you post to his blog for the whole world to see, or unless you are Mach or Big Ed, etc.. ;) He is definitely a popular and funny man - with an impressive following. He is one of the better CD's we have sailed with, though it really matters not to me who the CD is! Tom

Irishlinny Posted July 1, 2011 #18 Share Posted July 1, 2011 Personally I don't pay much attention to the CD's, but we did enjoy John. Here are a couple of photo's from our CC group party (and neither Mach nor Ed were on this cruise...LOL) Sorry it's blurry, but the first is him donning a blue wig to look like us
