beach_lvr26 Posted September 6, 2011 #1 Share Posted September 6, 2011 This is the 1st time were going to staying in Miami over night before the cruise. Usually we fly in the day of the cruise.. Well my question is, if the hotel shuttle takes us back to the airport to catch the cruise transfer bus to the port are we going to have any problems? where do they drop us off? Irishlinny Posted September 6, 2011 #2 Share Posted September 6, 2011 I would just take a cab from the hotel to the port...most likely cheaper than taking the Carnival shuttle, and you won't waste time going back to the airport. Also, the Carnival shuttle will wait til it's full (or close to full) before heading to the port, so you may be waiting a while;)

Where are you staying for the night pre-cruise? Don't bother with the hotel and Carnival shuttles. A taxi from most of the hotels will run about $25 plus gratuity. beach_lvr26 Posted September 6, 2011 Author #4 Share Posted September 6, 2011 were staying at the Hilton miami airport hotel..we already bought cruise transfers before we booked the hotel. we accidently booked the flight for the day before and it was cheaper to get the hotel room than to change flights. But when they drop us back at the airport, do we have to go through security or can we just get inside by baggage claim?
