I am currently on NCL Dawn as I type and I want to tell all that are leaving on Sunday I will hate to get off.......I had a great time and will follow up with a review when I get home.

Were have you been all week? We ran into Rainy a few times even had a drink yesterday with her and hubby in the piano bar outside Impressions. Seems like every evening we would run into Fitness and her hubby.
What did ya think of the cruise? (not counting the two lousy weather sea days)

Hey Kuppycat, Glad to see you had a great time on the Dawn. Believe me your not telling me what i don't know already. I think the Dawn is an awesome ship. We sailed her twice already and as you can see were booked for next year [img]http://messages.cruisecritic.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif[/img] The food is great, the staff is superior, the shows are great and the ship itself, well, just incredible. I hope everybody that sails on her has as much fun as myself and my family did. The best part was you don't have to worry about dressing the part. You can dress as you wish on the Dawn and trust me that is why we are sold on the Dawn!! I could go on forever but i'll stop now. If anybody wants to have a good time trust me this is the ship to book.

Hi Ray, Hi Linda. Sorry we missed you Linda. I agree with you. I had a fantastic time and loved the ship. Would do it again but I say skip the private island, to crowded. Loved South Beach and Bayside and Nassau. We skipped the Cape and enjoyed the ship. I would like to see Key West in place of the Island. But did not matter she is a beauty.

I was thinking while on the Cay that this place must be great when the weather is nice. I too wouldn't have mind if they skipped it that day. Way too windy and the water was too rough to enjoy. But it is a very cool place and should be fun on a nice day.

I'm really sorry I didn't get time to spend with you guys. The 1st day we met our friends didn't get on the ship until 3pm and were hungry. I told them I just want to go meet the CC and then I'll go with them for the barbaque. I waited for awhile for you guys and spoke with Carolyn and her husband and just when I had given up hope you guys were going to show up you did. We became so busy all week and I kept thinking wow I can't believe i havent run into anyone.....oh well...where are we cruising next? lol.......Linda

Glad to see that everyone had a good time last week. I was surprised that I didn't run into anyone from the CC group again, but after reading your posts, I know why. We didn't spend much time gambling like Linda (didn't even find the casino until Thursday). Didn't get to many of the late night events or locations like Ray. And didn't do as many of the excursions as Rainy. I only hope that I didn't accidently bypass you somewhere because I'm not always that good with new faces.

We pretty much ended up doing what we intended which was alot of relaxing. I loved the spa and spent alot of time there reading and Richard had to do a little work during the week so he used the balcony as his office before heading to the computer lounge. We saw some movies, shopped in Miami and Nassau. Had wonderful dinners in Salsa, Bamboo and celebrated our anniversary in LeBistro. Impressions and Aqua and The Venetian were all fantastic and we had some very memorable waiters. I forgot about the honeymoon/annivesary party on Friday and was disappointed because I thought some of you might have been there. We didn't really eat in the buffet much and should have probably taken better advantage of some of the different activities but we loved the ship and the crew and enjoyed the sun and the change of scenery and hated to see it come to an end. I guess that's one of the things that make cruises so attractive to so many people.....there's something for everyone. One last "Thank you" to Linda for the spectacular weather! Hope you all have a nice Easter. Wishing you calm seas and sunny skies and many happy future cruises!

Hi Carolyn.....I'm so happy that you and Richard enjoyed the cruise. I must have missed Richard because I too went to the computer room a few times. I never did get to the spa though. Hi gang.
Looks like we have been posting here and there since we all got home. Finally I found you all in one place!
Marilyn and I enjoyed ourselves very much. My daughter Lauryn also had a great time and didn't get back to our stateroom until 2am every night.
We ran into Fitness and Kevin many times and Rainy I enjoyed our little chats especially at the piano bar. I hope we can get together in the future, even if we plan a little get together at our homes. I know we will see Shari and Kevin again.
Carolyn, I know we met in the Star Bar and I am sorry that we didn't see you and your husband again. We might have passed each other in the hallways but of course I was looking around at all the wonderful decorations and artwork and not faces. Sorry.
Kuppy, what can I say? I hardly remember you from the Star Bar, but that was my falt. Too much chilled Grey Goose by then. Oops. I know we would have hit it off together, but with all my nieghbors and some folks from town there, I also sort of lost track of time. I don't play slot machines and only visited the casino once. Poker is my game. My good friend was sitting next to a woman that hit for thousands one night. Was that you?
I was in the spa the first sea day a few times. I Loved that lay down hot tub! Most of the time we were on the shore excursions, but I managed to get back early most days. I looked for all you guys poolside in Canavral and Miami. I was usually hanging at Topsiders until Mar got back with the girls. We had diners late, around 8-8:30 and then went to Spinikers or a show then Dazzles. That's were we would run into Kevin and Shari.
I could go on, and on about this cruise and that wonderful ship. But hey, let's just call it a night for now, I have to get up early and go on the next shore excursion...Yeah, you guessed it...work in the morning. AHGGGGG!
