It's done by zones and it's fixed pricing but I usually stay at the Holiday Inn POM and with tip it's like $15. It's only $24 I think from the airport to the hotel which is almost right at the pier.

I just did it from Holiday Inn POM two weeks ago and it was a flat 9.00 + tip. Hope this helps!
