I'm not sure. I took is as once you purchase your first drink in that glass, the refills are $2 off.

Did you friends say those glasses in the picture of souvenir glasses? They just look like plain old glasses to me. Nothing souvenir about them. lol I certainly wouldn't pay extra for them if those ARE them!

I could be wrong, but my understanding from Heald's FB page is that there are new souvenir glasses, but they are not on the ships yet. He says that people will like them...

For me, a drink is a drink. Put it in a cup, and I'll drink it!:D

I mentioned it on his page the other day and he said the only place that will be serving the old fries is at Fish and Chips.

Well I understand keeping the 'fries' with the Fish and Chips - but what about fries with the hot dogs? Seems hot dogs are being moved to the deli (still trying to find out what is being served at that aft grill?) - but will have to hunt around (Guy's? or Fish and chips?) for the accompanying fries - not that convenient I guess :(

We sail on Liberty in 8 weeks. Can't wait to try the Guy's burger and visit Serenity. The upgrades seem okay, but none are a cruise maker or breaker for me. Is the aft pool still "adults only" now that they have the Serenity area? Or did they open the aft pool up for kids, too?

D.Js? I saw pics of the food and drinks. Looks great! But no one has commented on the music. How was DJ Irie's handpicked DJs? What kind of music did they play? I hope it was not just all one type ie. country, rap, pop. Did you like it?

thanks,

Kristy:)

Got home from Liberty today what an amazing cruise, we were excited of the switch from Grand Cayman to Grand Turk due to the Hurricane yes the weather was a bit rough but all the rocking got us to sleep even better. Took tons of pics of the ship will post later. :D

Looking forward to seeing all of your pics :)

What kind of drinks are those? They look good.

The burger looks like a mess to me. And I was looking forward to those some day.

Yippee!!! Reviews are starting:). Can't wait! Saw John's FB pic with Butch and Amy leading the dancing! Sure how one or both of them stay around thru April. Guys Burger looks good! If the fries aren't, I'll just walk off a small bite heading to the Fish n Chips for the old ones.

Sad about the DOD glasses, that means no more MonkeyHeads for the Monkeyheads that cruise Carnival. And what about the disco globe?! And the other new one too. Thought they were on the Magic this summer. Waiting to see the "souvenir cup" looks like.

They have the drink in a whole pineapple and the Disco Globe (sometimes they have a member of the crew standing outside the disco club handing out $2 off coupons for the disco globe drink)

Wow. 72 posts about where the fries are and DOD cups. I'm sure Carnival are delighted they spent all that money on improvements. Unbelievable.

It's the little things in life you must enjoy......;)
