The FR concierge email was not working a few days ago so it must be back online. Thanks for letting me know, I have some questions for him.

Just got email from Catalina on Enchantment. She will our Conceirge for February 2. I asked her how long she will be staying on Enchantment but she said she doesn't know. Says will probably go home by March cause her visa expires.

 

Ill report back once I am on the ship with any update

Can anyone confirm whether Alan has assumed duties as the CL concierge yet on Serenade of the Seas?

We were on Serenade through Jan. 17. Alan is the Diamond Concierge (excellent I might add) and Nizar is the CL Concierge..

Oana Popa is back as concierge in the CL. Carlos has gone home on vacation. I believe Oana is there until the end of March but will have to verify this with her.

Alan was Concierge in the DL through Jan 31, at which time he moved over to the CL, taking over from Nizar. Alan will apparently remain in the CL until mid-March, and will then go on holiday, and likely return to the DL on Serenade after that ( perhaps in May?).

Concur with the comment that Alan is a fantastic host.

Nadja is back from vacation and is in the Concierge Lounge on Navigator taking over for Ricardo (just went on vacation). Mahmoud is still in the Diamond Lounge and will be there till Ricardo comes back then he will leave.

Oana Popa will be moving to the Quantum of the Seas in March. I am assuming it will be whenever Carlos comes back from vacation. So now we have two of the concierges for the Quantum.

I misspoke Oana is going to the Anthem not the Quantum. Se will be doing the new ship that has not come out yet and will be sailing from Southampton. I had A VERY SENIOR MOMENT. Too many ships I get confused.:o

We were on Navigator 1/25-2/1 and Nadja was wonderful! She made our reservations and answered all of our questions. She told us that our "GOLD" card (Grand Suite) was "beautiful" and granted us access to many venues.

I see that Alan Del Fierro is listed as the concierge for Serenade. I have to admit that I have never had any contact with him. Can anyone give some background?

We just got off the Mariner. Marie is the concierge on the Mariner. She is Chinese. She will be moving to the Quantum when it moves to China. Marie is an excellent concierge. She was very nice, friendly and personable. She is one of the best concierges that we have met on RCL. The Mariner does not get too many C&A members there was 1 Pinnacle couple and 21 Diamond Plus on board! I am sure that you will be VERY pleased when you met Marie!!!
