Just for info Nadja will be leaving at the end of this cruise on Serenade to take her vacation for 2 months before rejoining later in the year. She didn't know who would be taking over but she will be back in the Diamond Lounge after her break.

Rahul is such a great concierge -- too bad you did not go to the DL and let him take care of you. I am thrilled that he is back on FR and hope that he will be on FR when we sail on her on Jan. 12. He has been wonderful every time he has been our Concierge.
Rahul wasn't in the DL when Cindy was on board.....

From what Cindy and a friend who was on FR that week, Bertie was in the DL. Rahul spent a lot of time in both lounges but toward the end of the week, he was in the CL a lot I think because Willie was getting ready to transfer to BR. My friend (who was mostly in the CL) had plenty of time to say "hi" from me to Rahul and to find out that there is a good chance that he will be there for our Jan. 12, 2014 cruise. Bertrand / Berty was there also. There were 3. I never saw Willie anywhere except in the CL...saw both Rahul and Berty in the DL.

 

No surprise there:rolleyes:

The folks on Brilliance have no idea what a treat they are in for when he brings out the guitar and has one of his concerts!!:p:eek:

Hi all,

I'm trying to email the concierge on the allure, but I keep getting a delivery failure notification. Has anyone had luck emailing lately?

Are you sure you are putting the 01 or 02 (zero one or zero two) at the end of the email name? Oasis and Allure have a slightly different format for Concierge email addresses.

The following message to <al_concierge02@rccl.com> was undeliverable.

The reason for the problem:

5.1.0 - Unknown address error 550-'al_concierge02@rccl.com... No such user'

 

The IP address of the MTA to which the message could not be sent:

Just maybe... Try uppercase AL .

Did you try sending it to AL_Concierge01@rccl.com ? Number 01 and 02 work together..I last got an email from 01 about 3 weeks ago.

We are in a GS this Sunday on Brilliance but no email from concierge, is that the norm? Some had told me to expect email a week or two out... any feedback on Willie?
