Annette~ I said that whichever way you book your cruise, whether on board or at home, you can still combine an "OBC from cashing in Visa Points, OBC from a TA or OBC that has been gifted to you by family and friends" with anything you receive from RCI. I received OBC from my TA, AND took the diamond balcony discount. I suppose what threw me off in your post was the "or"...
