Got an email from RCCL to say that our cruise scheduled to leave Dubai on 24th December 2012 on Serenade of the Seas has been cancelled. As yet, I have had no more info from RCCL only that the Serenade will be doing a Med cruise out of Barcelona for 11 nights on the 24th December which is something we don't want to do. I am so disappointed but would be interested to find out why this happened. I've even had everything wiped from my 'purchased and held cruises' on my RCCL account - as if it never existed. I'm assuming that RCCL will offer me something else or just refund my deposit. We were all so looking forward to it :( Has this happened to anyone else??
