Which cooking class?

Which cooking class did you like best? I'm thinking about doing this with my mother in law. We need to do it some place where there is also something for my husband, father in law and our three boys ages 4, 9, and 11 to do.

We have a group of 4 that have signed up for Josefina's class in the town March 24th. The classes are small (max 6-7 people). She takes you about 1 block away to the market to show you how to select fresh local produce, then back to the classroom/kitchen where you prepare local dishes. The link was on cozumelmycozumel(dot)com, food page. The cost is $69-$79 per person, depending on how many people in your group. She has excellent reviews on tripadvisor(dot)com.

This sounded much more interesting than the large cruise ship excursions.
