Crown in a few weeks

Hi, we will be on the Crown at the end of the month. I was wandering if the ship uses the ''day light saving time'' on board. We have booked an excursion in Belize and they say they will wait for us until 9H00 AM ''central standard time''. I would not want to miss my excursion...

Also, if we get a ''beer package'' (6 for the price of 5), can we have a beer in the dining room with our diner ?

Thank you in advance for your answers :)

When you purchase the beer package you can tell the bartender to only open one or two beers and keep the others in your cabin fridge or the ice bucket until you want them. If planning on drinking them in your room, remember to pack a bottle opener. I saw this tip on the Carnival board, but it should work for Princess.

Just cruised last week and DH got a "few" buckets of beer. Depending on the brand of beer you order, you may get cans (Miller was cans only). He always asked the server for extra ice in the bucket and it worked fine. We would bring any extras (from poolside) back to our room and put them in the fridge for later.
